Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total retreat cost is required to secure your booking. Full payment is due prior to the retreat.
If you need to cancel your registration, please provide as much advance notice as possible, so we may offer the space to another participant. Registration fees cannot be transferred to another retreat.
If you cancel 90 days or more before the retreat start date, any payments made will be refunded minus the 50% non-refundable deposit.
If you cancel within 90 days of the retreat start date, no refunds or credit vouchers will be issued. This also applies if you leave the retreat early for any reason or do not attend the retreat.
